This was the best air bnb experience I’ve ever had. Jared and team were excellent hosts and the house exceeded all expectations. Our group fell in love with Smith Lake and we are already planning a return visit. If you’re on the fence- pull the trigger. You’ll be thrilled.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and Jared was super responsive. The location was perfect for exploring the city and close to the stadium.. Highly recommend!

We booked this beautiful cabin for a Cheer Competition in Nashville! From cabin to Nashville was roughly 40 min. It was perfect. The cabin is everything we expected and more. Jared made instructions very clear upon arrival, which helped because we arrived around 10pm the night of check in. It was a pleasure and memories were made for a lifetime! Looking forward to booking this time next year :) Thank you!

This home was absolutely beautiful. We had 14 of us and we all slept comfortably!
The back porch was perfect to hangout at day or night. We were super close to a lot of things (10 min drives if that).
The master bathroom has heated bathroom floors and that was amazing to me. All the beds were comfortable, large rooms, and we could easily fit all of us between the dining room and living room for games + sports television. We had plenty of room to park and having the garage was a bonus. We felt comfortable and our host was responsive immediately! I had messaged late at night and was shocked the receive a response.
We truly enjoyed this stay and this gorgeous home!
I don’t feel this was necessary to knock any stars off as this was a 5 star stay for us. The only thing is hot water doesn’t last. Between 14 of us only 3 could take a 10/15 min shower each before all the hot water was gone. We are all easy going so we made it work! I would def book again & already am looking for next year!

This home was the perfect place for my friends and family to stay while I was recovering from my liver transplant surgery at Vanderbilt Hospital. We had everything we needed in the house a Jared, the host responded quickly to the couple of issues we had in the 6 weeks we were there. He was easy to work with and a joy!. I would definitely recommend this host and location! I will be back again. Thank you, Jared! Be Blessed!

The house was absolutely lovely! Every detail was perfect down to the folded flower embellishment on the paper towels and toilet paper in the bathrooms! Every room was well put together and incredibly clean! Jared was a phenomenal host. Immediately responsive and kind, ensuring my group and I had the best experience possible! I highly recommend and could not have had such a successful weekend anywhere else!

The house was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for the whole group. It was comfortable, and the 3.5 bathrooms was a game changer. The host was very nice and responsive and the house was clean.

Our stay was great. The kitchen was spacious and the home had tons of room along with great natural lighting. Garage was a nice addition too! Would stay here again for sure if I am back in Columbus!

This is our third time booking this location. We keep coming back because the location is just what we are looking for. The property is clean and well organized. it is stocked with all the necessary amenities. We love just relaxing... enjoying the ocean views, walking on the beach, and enjoying the hot tub.
